Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) – It looks like there’s been a lifeline thrown to rescue Primm.
The Primm family announced on Tuesday that they will be partnering with the Terribles group to keep hotel-casinos and other amenities open.
It was announced earlier this year that everything that was still open in Primm – Primm Valley Resort, nearby employee apartments, a Flying J travel center and a lotto store – would be closing down on July 4th. The new plan in the works will try to keep that closure from happening. An estimated 300 jobs would be saved if the Primm businesses keep going.
Beyond the agreement, future plans may include property renovations, upgraded traveler amenities, enhanced food and beverage offerings, infrastructure improvements and other investments.
