The Reel Buzz: Everything coming to and leaving Netflix in April

You know how the saying goes: April showers bring… tons of new titles to Netflix!

While fans still have to wait for new episodes of “Stranger Things,” they can reunite with Gaten Matarazzo for the second season of his prank show “Prank Encounters” streaming on April 1.

Idris Elba’s new film, “Concrete Cowboy,” will be available for streaming on April 2. It focuses on a rebellious teen who befriends a community of Black cowboys after being sent to live with his estranged father for the summer.

Melissa McCarthy and Octavia Spencer star as two childhood best friends who reunite as a crime-fighting superhero duo in “Thunder Force” coming on April 9.

Reality TV fans have to gear up because a second season of the highly-addicting “The Circle” returns on April 14. On the same day, Jamie Foxx returns to your screen in “Dad Stop Embarrassing Me!,” a sitcom inspired by his real-life relationship with his daughter, Corinne.

In the upcoming science fiction thriller "Stowaway," Anna Kendrick and Daniel Dae Kim must deal with a stowaway that causes severe damage to a spaceship’s life support systems during their trip to Mars. It will premiere on April 22.

“Shadow and Bone,” based on a book of the same name, about a young soldier who reveals magical powers that may unite the world, will excite fans with its arrival on April 23.

Other fan-favorites coming to the streamer to brighten up your spring include “Legally Blonde,” “Friends with Benefits,” and “The Time Traveler's Wife.”

Fans can say goodbye to “17 Again,” “I Am Legend,” and “Married at First Sight: Season 9.”
