The ground that Vice President Kamala Harris is treading with her Presidential campaign promises is as familiar as it is unsuccessful, according to WWL’s Newell Normand.

“It’s just mind numbing to me that candidates for President are going back and announcing that they are going to engage in policies in this country that have never worked,” Normand said during the Thursday edition of his daily radio show. “And the only reason they’re doing it is because it sounds good, which tells me they’re not doing the necessary homework.”

As an example, Normand cited Harris’s stance on natural gas production.

“This desire to get off of natural gas, for example,” he said. “Big, big contributor to the agricultural industry. We don’t want to talk about that, right? So we flip the script and we refer to the ag industry and other corporations as corporate greed and price gouging.”
