In his time at the helm of the Aggies, Greco has put together quite the resume: a record of 59-11, three straight Middle Atlantic Conference titles and four NCAA playoff appearances.
This past season, he led the Aggies to the national quarterfinals. Despite all the success, he says he still doesn't really feel completely comfortable as a head coach.
"I just don't want to let people down. So I'm always kind of on my toes, I'm always a little nervous. I just want to make the guys who play here proud and the coaches here proud and (want) everyone (around here to be like) man, it's DelVal football. Because I remember walking around with T-shirts (20 years ago, when the program struggled), you'd wear the shirt inside out, nah, I'm not DelVal. Now you go down to Sea Isle, I'm proud wearing it. It's a good thing. So I think that pressure makes me uncomfortable, but it kind of fuels me to try and keep working hard."
After graduating from DelVal, Greco got the chance to play pro football overseas in Italy, which the Lower Moreland High School product says was an important time for him.
"For me, I look back at my life, it was really needed for me. Because DelVal was 30 minutes away (from where he grew up), I would go home and watch the Eagles whenever I could, big Sixers game, whatever, I'm home. I needed to grow up, I needed to be on my own. That opportunity really gave that to me. Things happened in my life where I stopped (playing), I would've kept going. At some point I want to go back, I really loved it, it was that important to me," he said.
