PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — This week on Flashpoint: Host and KYW Community Affairs reporter Cherri Gregg asks the burning questions on the anatomy of the Latino vote.

On Super Tuesday, minority voting blocks were key to clinching Democratic party front-runner status. African American voters leaned hard towards former Vice President Joe Biden, but Latino voters stepped up for Sen. Bernie Sanders, handing him leads in California and Texas.

Pennsylvania is home to more than 800,000 Latinos, and 500,000 will be eligible to vote in the primary.  The demographic has shifted in recent years thanks to new immigrants and a flux of Puerto Ricans moving to the mainland.
