PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — This week on Flashpoint: Host and KYW Newsradio community affairs reporter Cherri Gregg asks the burning questions about the aftermath of the college admissions scandal. Dozens of celebrities, high paid CEOs and other wealthy parents were indicted this month for bribing college officials to get their kids into elite colleges. But who is the real victim?

The scandal has been fuel for proponent of affirmative action to point to the scandal, as well as legacy and other admissions programs that give preference to children of wealthy donors. We walk through the flames of the impact of the college admissions program will have on affirmative action programs, how it could impact parents and the anxiety levels already inherent in the closed door process of college admissions.
