PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — This week on Flashpoint: Host and KYW Community Affairs reporter Cherri Gregg asks the burning questions about the impact the #MeToo movement has had on Philadelphia's leadership.

This week, movie mogul Harvey Weinstein is on trial. He is just one of the well-known figures facing the reckoning of years of sexual misconduct. Other tall trees cut down include Bill Cosby, former CBS CEO Les Moonves and so many more.

In Philadelphia, many leaders have stepped down or been replaced. Now there are new women in leadership, including the city's first Black woman sheriff, Rochelle Bilal, and its first Black woman police commissioner, Danielle Outlaw. Much of the change came after the Philadelphia Controller released an audit report showing major problems with the city's system for reporting sexual misconduct and millions going out for settlements.
