PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — One of the issues that keeps coming up as we approach the fall season is whether or not there will be a second lockdown nationally like there was in the spring.
One of the arguments against a complete lockdown has to do with emotional health. Change is difficult for most people, and there has been so much change in such a small period of time.
A second lockdown could make people feel like it's endless, and the uncertainty of it all could trigger mental health conditions like depression and anxiety.
The feeling is most people understand there will be setbacks but have grave concerns about a second shutdown.
