PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — One person is dead and six others are injured following a multi-vehicle accident in West Philadelphia.
Investigators say two cars — a 2013 Ford and a 2001 Honda — were speeding on Haverford Avenue when the Ford driver the Honda driver, causing the Honda to hit several parked cars.
Authorities say the Ford driver fled the scene.
The collision happened around 2 p.m. Tuesday at Haverford Avenue and Rhoads Street.
The man who was killed was 35. Those injured are ages 5 to 62.
