GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, N.J. (KYW Newsradio) — Two people have been arrested and charged in a deadly home invasion in South Jersey.

On October 23, police responded to calls of shots fired at a home on Yorkshire Road in Gloucester Township. There, they found 26-year-old Kevin Carter shot to death.


Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill Mayer said 36-year-old Rosealee Gomez of Franklinville, New Jersey was charged with murder and burglary. Chamberlin Robinson, 41, of Vineland, New Jersey is also facing a murder charge.

Gomez was arrested by U.S. Marshals at her house on New Year's Eve. Robinson was already held at the Cumberland County Jail for something unrelated.

The shooting is still under investigation and authorities want to hear from anyone who might have more information.
