It happened on May 30, the same day city police cars were set on fire near City Hall and dozens of businesses throughout Center City were looted and vandalized.

Three of the suspects are from Bucks County: Luke Cossman and Steven Anderson are from Levittown, and another is a juvenile from Croydon.

William Besaw is from Souderton, and the two others, Sammy Rivera and Francisco Reyes, are from Philadelphia.

Charges haven’t been filed yet, even though the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office is listed as the agency who signed the warrants.

Sources close to the investigation say the five adults are likely to face criminal mischief, vandalism and disorderly conduct, to name a few.

The investigation into the damage continues.
