PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The Betsy Ross Bridge has now reopened.
Philadelphia fire crews were on the scene of a junk yard fire at Richmond and Lewis streets near the Betsy Ross Bridge.
The fire department says the fire is fueled by old tires.

The smoke was visible for miles in all directions, and as far away as Pennsauken, New Jersey.
