PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Billy Joel is coming back to Philadelphia.
The Phillies announced today Joel will return to Citizens Bank Park on May 24 for a record-breaking sixth consecutive year.
The 69-year-old singer holds the record for most live performances by any artist in the 15-year history of the ballpark.
This past July, Joel took the stage after a 45-minute rain delay and treated fans to a memorable performance.
Tickets for this year's show go on sale to the general public beginning Jan. 11.
