Authorities say the murders may have taken place Saturday, when Child and Youth Services stopped by. No one answered the door.
They returned Monday to do a wellness check and discovered the bodies.
The mother and daughter eventually confessed to police about the murders. Shana Decree told police everyone in the apartment, including the three kids, wanted to die and were talking about suicide.
According to the court documents, both Shana and Dominique Decree say several of the victims were choked to death.
The victims' exact causes of death are still being investigated. The overall investigation is ongoing.
The vigil will take place at Morrisville United Methodist Church, 501 W. Maple Ave., at 7:30 p.m.
"It's a sad day for us," said Morrisville Police Chief George McClay at a press conference Tuesday. "As much as I've seen in my career, it's the saddest case I've ever had."
