Decomposed, partially dismembered body found in South Philly basement

"In the course of serving a warrant at a house for a probation violation on the 21st and Porter streets near Passyunk Avenue, sheriff's deputies discovered the body of a young woman decomposing and partially dismembered in the basement," Bilal said.

Officials say five other people were inside the house when the body was discovered. They are being questioned but so far, police say no arrests have been made.

The victim has not yet been identified.

Bilal says her office is working with the Special Victims Unit in this investigation.
