PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Pennsylvania’s unemployment department says all personal identification numbers have been sent out to people who filed for unemployment in March.

For any applicants who have not received their PINs, Susan Dickinson with the state’s unemployment office says it's not because of a problem with the system.

"We are encouraging anyone, if you do not have a PIN at this point, and you filed a long time ago, it's probably an issue with your specific claim," Dickinson said.

"Anyone who has filed for a new claim in the past week or so, their PINs are being generated normally, so there isn’t any backlog," she said.

The state's unemployment website has a request form for people to reset their PINs.
