
“The NFL has kind of given stipends for guys to get gym equipment in their houses. It’s a very small stipend, but it’s something that is enough to where, partnered with the strength coaches and what not, we’ve facilitated a way for everybody to be able to get the workout,” he said.
The NFL is still hopeful the season will start on time in September, and Kelce believes the league won’t put its players in a dangerous health situation.
“At the end of the day, if the NFL is allowing 90 guys in the locker room, it’s going to be in a safe and controlled environment,” Kelce said.
Kelce is also trying to stay optimistic that training camp will get underway in July as scheduled.
Kelce also said he had no intentions of retiring during the off-season.
