The ATM is located at a Citizens Bank branch location on Route 73 in Marlton.
Authorities say the two men attached a small electronic device over the card slot to record customers’ account information.
They then attached to the ATM a small pin-hole camera hidden inside an LED light to record users entering their PIN.
The two men were recorded by a security camera inside the ATM.
