LOWER CHICHESTER TWP., Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — Severe storms Friday morning knocked down trees and power lines from northern Delaware to South Jersey.
In Lower Chichester, the wind was so strong that part of a roof was blown off of a home. Late Friday morning, sheets of the roof were left in a crumpled heap next to a pair of twin homes on Worrilow Street, not far from I-95.

February 7, 2020 Denise Durbano, who lives in the neighborhood, was getting a little nervous because there was a tornado warning that morning.
"Just seeing the black clouds and, like, okay ... I was ready to go to the basement," she said.
She eventually walked over to see the damage at her neighbor's house. No one was home at the time, so no one was hurt, and Durbano says that’s all that really matters.
"It can all be fixed," she said. "Trust me. Been through it. Been through it."
