HAVERFORD, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — Haverford Township police are looking for two men who robbed The Town Tap Restaurant late Friday night. It happened around 11:30 p.m. on West Benedict Avenue in the Oakmont section.
Police say two suspects entered the bar, and one was wearing a black burka and a black dress, while the other was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with black sweatpants and a ski mask. Both wore gloves and were armed with semi-automatic handguns.

— Haverford Police (@HaverfordPD) January 8, 2019The suspects demanded money from the safe and from the cash register. All of the cell phones from bar patrons and workers were collected before the robbers left the bar.
They were last seen running on Benedict Avenue toward the Oakmont Fire Company.
