Bail for 31-year-old David Surman was revoked Wednesday when a Bucks County judge determined Surman’s purchase of electronics was a violation of a bail condition, which aimed to prevent him from connecting to the internet.
In addition to weapons of mass destruction, Surman is also charged with possession of child pornography. Prosecutors say those items were found during the investigation into the explosives.
Surman will have to wear an ankle monitor while he awaits trial, which is scheduled for August.
