The chase began Friday night in Sharon Hill, where police spotted a man in his twenties who was driving a suspected stolen Audi sedan. When officers tried to pull the vehicle over, the man sped off starting the chase which came to an end near the Platt Bridge.
That's where police say the suspect ran off on foot. He was arrested while trying to hide in some heavy brush nearby.
Police say a weapon was found in the stolen vehicle.
