PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Authorities have arrested a man they say tried to sexually assault a postal worker in Philadelphia's West Oak Lane section.
Police say 38-year-old Ariel Hernandez is charged with attempt to commit rape, indecent assault and related offenses.
The US Postal Inspection Service confirmed to KYW Newsradio the victim is a mail carrier.
The incident happened Wednesday afternoon along Old York Road near 69th Avenue.
