Shelton Shambry, 60, is the legal guardian of the 22-month-old girl who was found unresponsive in the van at Lindenwold Station on Aug. 16.

Authorities say Shambry put her in her car seat around 6.30 a.m. and forgot she was in the van.
The 911 call didn't come for another nine hours, when someone spotted the girl and called the police. Officers tried to save her when they arrived but couldn't.
Shambry will be appearing in court in the future.
