According to charging documents, Aimers asked an underage waitress at his wedding reception at the Northampton Valley Country Club to go outside to "make-out." She said no, but later that evening, she said Aimers followed her into the restroom.

She said he pulled her into a stall started kissing her against her will. She said he tried to unbutton her pants, and then exposed himself to her.

Aimers’ attorney, Lou Busico, said Aimers is not proud of his actions that night.

“But his overwhelming paramount concern was the forgiveness and support that his wife has always demonstrated,” he added.

The simple assault charge came after Aimers tried to fight a worker at the country club who told him he couldn’t take a drink outside.
