NEW JERSEY (KYW Newsradio) — New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy has declared a state of emergency for the entire state that will begin at 5 a.m. Wednesday morning.
Due to winter weather conditions, @GovMurphy has declared a State of Emergency for the entire state of New Jersey beginning at 5:00 AM on Wednesday, February 20th.

February 20, 2019 The declaration comes as snow is expected to start in the morning and continue throughout the day, and the New Jersey Department of Transportation has advised residents to avoid unnecessary travels throughout the day.

Murphy said Wednesday morning that there is a commercial vehicle ban on all major roads, except the N.J. Turnpike.
