The 49 bus connects some neighborhoods north and south of Center City with University City.
The line starts in Strawberry Mansion and runs through Brewerytown and Fairmount before crossing the river, where it makes stops at 30th Street Station, Drexel, and CHOP.
It ends in Gray's Ferry.
