
The class is called "Just Move."
"One of the oldest right now is 88," pointed out Noel Davis of Paris Fit Studios. She said the class is a low-impact, online fitness session geared towards the seniors.
"All we use is a chair," she explained. "We'll do some sit to stands, we'll do some calf raises, we'll do some standing side leg raises, and they enjoy it even just sitting in the chair and marching, bringing the knee up and bringing the knee down. They just want movement and that's why we named the class 'Just Move.'"
Davis said the workout is easy, yet effective enough to make a difference.
"I've worked with so many seniors and gotten so close with all of my senior clients," she said. "You don't understand the difference that it makes in their day, just to move their body."
