Pa. Senate GOP seeks court order to enforce subpoenas

HARRISBURG, Pa. (KYW Newsradio)  State Senate Republicans have now gone to court seeking enforcement of subpoenas issued to Gov. Tom Wolf for documents related to the closure of businesses and the process by which waivers were granted for others.

Facing a 4 p.m deadline last Friday to comply with subpoenas issued by a state Senate committee, the Wolf administration posted some information about business waivers online.

In a letter to the Senate Friday, Wolf cited concerns about the privacy of information submitted by businesses seeking waivers.
