PAOLI, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — A big step in the $48 million renovation of Paoli Station, the second-busiest train station in the region after 30th Street Station, has been completed.

Up to 78 trains a day go through Paoli Station, including the Paoli-Thorndale Line and Amtrak Keystone Service from Harrisburg to New York City.

But the station was built in the 1950s and it looked it.

“In fact, if you ever go to the Coatesville station, it’s not even very accessible for able-bodied people.”
