Code Blue, which went into effect Monday afternoon, has been extended until 11 a.m. Wednesday.

February 25, 2019 The city's Office of Homeless Services is patroling the streets, encouraging people who are homeless to come indoors and avoid exposure to the cold.

Officials advise: If you see someone who needs help, call 215-232-1984, and a homeless outreach team will be available.
A Code Blue is issued when wind chills of 20 degrees or lower, or snowy conditions with temperatures below 32 degrees, are predicted.
