
David Reidenbaker, 38, of Southampton, New Jersey, is charged with the interruption or impairment of public communications, theft, and other crimes.
In March and April, Verizon fiber optic and copper communication lines, as well as other equipment, were deliberately damaged on three separate occasions. As a result, residents and business customers were without communication for various amounts of time.
Additional charges are pending in neighboring communities.
Reidenbaker was arrested after a joint investigation by Cherry Hill and New Jersey State police departments.
He's being held in the Burlington County Jail.
