PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Authorities have identified the body of a man found in a trash bin in Philadelphia’s Olney section as 22-year-old Darius Cheeseboro.
His body was found at Sixth and Rockland streets Tuesday afternoon after a tip from a teen girl, who is believed to be his ex-girlfriend.
Police say the girl told school officials about the body.
They say, in December, Cheeseboro was lured to the area, where he was beaten and killed.
Police are still searching for the teen girl and other suspected accomplices. So far, no arrests have been made. The investigation is still underway.
