
On Sunday morning, police found a swastika on a newsstand near 19th and Market streets, two swastikas on pillars near 20th and Market streets, and another one on a vacant building near 23rd and Market streets.
Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw calls the graffiti “heinous” and says acts of hate aren’t tolerated in Philadelphia.
