HARRISBURG, Pa. (KYW Newsradio) — Tom Wolf took the oath of office on Tuesday for a second term as governor of Pennsylvania.

While the Governor’s Office is not getting a new occupant, the Lt. Governor’s Office is. John Fetterman, sworn in about two hours prior, spoke to the inaugural crowd just before Gov. Wolf took the oath.

"Don't you think the necktie looks pretty good on John?" Wolf said.

The governor concluded his second inaugural speech with an appeal to Pennsylvanians to get involved.

"I ask you to choose hope over hopelessness, empathy over apathy," he said. "I ask you to choose action over passivity."

The strains of the classic Bachman-Turner Overdrive tune "Takin' Care of Business" served as the inaugural ceremony recessional.
