The state Senate set a deadline of 4 p.m. Friday for the information demanded in subpoenas.
The administration has released information on the Department of Community and Economic Development website, listing businesses granted exemptions, with a county by county breakdown.
But Jenn Kocher, spokeswoman for the Republican Senate majority leader, says it’s just a fraction of the information that was sought.
“It appears that Gov. Wolf continues to play games when it comes to providing clarity about his decision-making process that led to shuttering employers throughout the state and putting hundreds of thousands of Pennsylvanians out of work,” Kocher said.
In a letter to the Senate, the governor says businesses that sought waivers submitted confidential information, and that the administration cannot waive that privacy.
Kocher says Senate GOP leaders will now weigh their options, which include seeking a court order.
