
“It is an election year, so we really like to educate people on that constitutionality,” explained Jenna Kehres, museum program manager. “(Understand) what is important about a presidential election before they go into the election year.”
To really emphasize that message, Abraham Lincoln was on hand — well, an impersonator — to share some of the perils a president may go through.
“You must work with many other people, with many differing opinions, and you have to work together for the good of the country,” said the lookalike. “It is not about you; it is about everyone you are serving.”
