(Audacy) — Kevin Hart is going swimming with the sharks.

The 42-year-old Philly native will be joining “Shark Tank” as one of the show’s guest sharks for its upcoming 13th season, reported Deadline.

The actor and comedian will make appearances alongside the ABC show’s main sharks, Mark Cuban, Barbara Corcoran, Lori Greiner, Robert Herjavec, Daymond John and Kevin O’Leary.

“Shark Tank” is adding three other guest sharks this season.

Also joining the team are Nextdoor co-founder Nirav Tolia; Peter Jones, star of the UK entrepreneur reality series “Dragons’ Den”; and Emma Grede, CEO and co-founder, alongside Khloe Kardashian, of Good American, and founding partner of SKIMS, with Kim Kardashian.

Hart and the other newbies are joining a long list of celebrity guest sharks that have appeared on the show since its debut in 2009. Others have included former baseball pro Alex Rodriguez, former “Real Housewives” star and SkinnyGirl mogul Bethenny Frankel, tennis icon Maria Sharpova, and actor Ashton Kutcher.

This is the latest series to be added to Hart’s growing resume. The “Jumani: The Next Level” actor currently hosts the Peacock talk show “Hart to Heart,” and previously co-hosted “Olympic Highlights with Kevin Hart and Snoop Dogg.” He also stars in the Roku comedy series “Die Hart.”

The new season of “Shark Tank” premieres on Oct. 8 on ABC.
