PHILADELPHIA (Audacy) — The Philadelphia 76ers have not yet traded Ben Simmons, but he is already on his way out of town.

While the Sixers point guard remains a holdout at training camp and the team is withholding salary, he has also put his pad at The Ritz-Carlton Residencies of Philadelphia up for sale at $3.1 million, according to Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Simmons bought the 3,079 square-foot apartment for $2.54 million in 2018. It consists of three bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms , two underground parking spots, access to a fitness center, pool and valet parking.

According to the listing on Zillow (which you can view photos of here), the home features a large chef’s kitchen, hardwood floors, 10’ ceilings, glass-tile backsplash, and a dining room with a wall to ceiling wine rack. The Master Wing features a large bedroom, soaking tub, frameless shower plus and an expansive walk-in closet.

Per Pompey, Simmons could also put his house in Moorestown, New Jersey up for sale at $4.9 million as well.

Simmons’ holdout centers around his request to be traded and reports have come out in which his camp believes he cannot play to his potential with fellow star Joel Embiid.

The 25-year-old All-Star is under contract for three more seasons but the Sixers are not just willing to give him away and would want a robust package in return.
