CHICAGO (670 The Score) — The White Sox-Phillies game scheduled for Monday evening at Guaranteed Rate Field was postponed due to inclement weather in the Chicago area.

High winds and temperatures around 40 degrees were in the forecast. The game will be made up as part of a straight doubleheader Tuesday, with the opener beginning at 4:10pm E.T. The second game will begin about 30 to 45 minutes after the conclusion of the first game but not before 7:10 pm E.T.

Phillies right-hander Zack Wheeler and White Sox right-hander Lance Lynn had originally been scheduled to start Monday evening. Both the Phillies and White Sox are off to 6-10 starts.
