One driver injured, no students hurt in South Jersey bus crash

DEPTFORD TOWNSHIP, N.J. (KYW Newsradio) — A school bus carrying students was involved in a crash in Deptford Township, Gloucester County Thursday afternoon.

Deptford Police said the crash happened just before 4 p.m. at the intersection of Tanyard and Cattell Roads.

According to officials, none of the students on board were hurt, but the driver of the vehicle that hit the bus was injured.

Police say they are being treated at a nearby hospital.

Police have been in contact with Deptford School District officials, and they say all students were transported to another location to wait for a guardian.
