PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Delaware State Police have arrested a man in connection with a shooting that killed a 19-year-old and injured two others.

Officials arrived at the 24000 block of Rivers Edge Drive in Millsboro around 2 a.m. Saturday for a reported shooting. There, they found the 19-year-old and two men outside a home suffering from gunshot wounds.

Troopers rendered aid to the teenager, but he died at the scene. The two others were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment and are expected to be OK.

According to investigators, 25-year-old Marcus Harris was at the house with a woman, the 19-year-old and the two men when an argument broke out between the teenager and the woman. They say she allegedly did not want the teenager or two other men inside the home.

A physical altercation then broke out between Harris and the 19-year-old. That’s when police say Harris shot him, then fired at the other two men. The woman was not injured.

Harris faces several charges, including first-degree murder.
