PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A 2-year-old was fatally struck in Northeast Philadelphia Wednesday.
Police say it happened around 5:30 p.m. in the Crescentville area.
They say a 31-year-old woman was driving along 200 Comly Street in a blue Chevy Traverse when she hit the girl.
The girl was taken to a nearby hospital where she was listed in critical condition. Less than an hour later, she died.
Investigators told KYW the driver stayed on the scene.
