Amber Alert canceled after 2-year-old found safe in Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — UPDATE 7:00 P.M.: The Amber Alert was canceled after police said the missing 2-year-old was found safe. Police say the toddler was found safe inside a vehicle matching the description from the Amber Alert on East Clearfield street in Philadelphia at about 6 p.m. The girl was taking to the hospital for observation. PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The Pennsylvania State Police has issued an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old reported abducted in York County.

Springettsbury Township police in York County are searching for 2-year-old Mya Campbell. She has brown hair and eyes, and was last seen wearing a pink, green and yellow polka dot dress.

Campbell was last seen Sunday afternoon at 3:23 on Concord Road in Springettsbury Township. She was reported abducted by 27-year-old Maria McKenzie. McKenzie was said to be wearing a brown jacket and driving a silver 2005 Suzuki XL7 with Pennsylvania plates. The plate number is LXG5500.

Anyone with information on their whereabouts should contact police immediately.
