
PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Police in Atlantic City are investigating the deaths of two men on New Year’s Day.
The Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said 50-year-old Vincent O’Brien was found bleeding along California Avenue just after 6 a.m. He died at the hospital.
Police then responded to a reported stabbing on the boardwalk near Michigan Avenue shortly after 7:30 a.m. The victim, 22-year-old Nazif Cintron, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials do not believe the two incidents are connected. Autopsies are being performed to determine the exact causes of their deaths.
