A few weeks after completing a year of treatment for substance abuse, West Chester native and former "Jackass" star Bam Margera is reportedly missing after fleeing a rehabilitation facility that he was attending due to a court order, per TMZ.
Margera recently suffered a skateboarding accident that left him with a broken wrist & elbow, and he had been blaming the facility for not helping facilitate physical therapy appointments.
On Monday, Margera informed the facility's manager that he was leaving and would be checking into another rehab center in the Delray Beach, FL area. He was reported missing later that day.
As of Wednesday, his friends and family are working to get him back to the sober living center.
In 2021, alleged issues of substance abuse led to him being taken off the filming of "Jackass Forever," and "Jackass" director Jeff Tremaine had a restraining order placed on Margera.
Movieweb.com says Margera's battle with addiction began as far back 2009.
