MANTUA TOWNSHIP, N.J. (KYW Newsradio) — A Gloucester County barber is facing invasion of privacy charges after police said he installed spy cameras in the bathrooms of the shop where he worked.

Richard Doerrmann, 55, of Mickleton, New Jersey, was arrested after authorities received a tip last week from the owner of Gino's Barbershop on Bridgeton Pike in Mantua Township.

The owner told police he found a hidden camera inside one of the shop's bathrooms.

Detectives said Doerrmann placed several cameras inside the public bathrooms on a number of occasions. He was taken into custody after a search of his home.

Doerrmann is charged with three counts of invasion of privacy. Mantua Township police are asking anyone with any more information about Doerrmann or his accused crimes to contact detectives.
