PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — A Bensalem man has been arrested and charged with allegedly sexually assaulting a child in his care a decade ago.
Officials said the victim contacted police on Tuesday, claiming 46-year-old Raul Solis-Soriano sexually assaulted them about 10 years ago, as a child, on three separate occasions.
After an investigation, Solis-Soriano was taken into custody and charged with several counts of rape of a child and related offenses.
He was denied bail and is currently at the Bucks County Correctional Facility.
