PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — Two people are in custody after Philadelphia police discovered a body in Northeast Philadelphia Thursday morning.
Around 9 a.m. on the 1000 block of Sanibel Street, police found a body inside a trash bag in the back of a U-Haul truck.
Officers also recovered a weapon.
The driver and passenger of the U-Haul are in police custody.
