PHILADELPHIA (KYW Newsradio) — The second of two teenagers ambushed by gunmen last month in Olney has died.
According to investigators, a 19-year-old woman, Ojanae Thompson, and an 18-year-old man, Khyrie Issac, were shot on Aug. 16 while sitting in a car at a shopping center on Olney Avenue near Front Street. Another car pulled up and a couple of people got out and shot into their car.
Issac died at the hospital a short time later. Thompson remained in critical condition until Monday, when she died.
